This equipment uses the gravity and downward air currents to filter the particles above 0.5um micron meter through micron filter film. It converts the flour, dye materials and medicaments floating in the air into useful things. The dusted air can enter the upper static pressure box of the equipment with the gravitation of the machine, and then the air current speed reduces sharply. Dust with larger particles can fall to the lower box with its own gravity, and the other dust particles will be stopped on the outer wall of the filter barrel with the effects of filtering, colliding, stopping and static electricity. The purified air currents are discharged from the rear box vent through filter barrel and the pipe, and the stopped dust can be automatically cleaned and conveyed outside through screw conveyor.
